John Quincey Adams had it right when he said a great nation doesn't go abroad seeking monsters to destroy; even monsters with oil. Well, he didn't know about the oil part.

Justice for all only applies to the US Constitution and the people covered by it.. It's not our compact for the world. They are free to adopt the concept or not.

Paul is about 540 degrees and 1.5 centuries off on the structural change part. His Davy Self-reliant Crockett was killed at the Alamo. He's pretty much hopeless, unless I can dose him with acid and make him sit thru all 3 episodes of Lord of the Rings.
