Al, I'm not being evasive. But it's obvious you think Steve Jobs is full of s--t because he has a bunch of Foxconn sweatshops assembling iPhones for Apple.

What will it take for manufacturing jobs to come back to America? Many solutions are on the table. Cut the red tape, tone down the EPA/OSHA paperwork, provide more incentives to build factories here, more right-to-work laws, maybe some protectionism, etc.

I wouldn't mind if even a fraction of these solutions made it into a coherent jobs-creation policy from Obama. But I don't see that, except for a bit of protectionism. Instead, President "Pass This Bill" is banking on yet another stimulus and the appearance of seriousness on job creation.
