No kidding...Jay!! I attended at local Biz & Tech expo last month and the largest gathering was around some "local box pusher" that had 2 machines cranked up with DVD! Too bad he didn't know jack squat about what he was running.<gg> I had him open the boxes and showed him what was what on the card. A little conversation started and then found myself preaching to about a group of six. When I told them "this here thing (Cromatic/Zoran) is OK, but I would look at the new Creative kit for ~$350" their eye's lit up. Even the guy in the booth said his cost on the one being demoed was >$500. Thats when I was sure DVD would be a '98 thing. I left and told them to check the CREAF website for details...
