On your 1040 you have to account and report money kept or earned off shore or in tax havens.....Do they let you off without taxation? If they make their products here and have their HQ's in Bermuda, who taxes them?? On what? "what part about that fact do you think gives the US government a right to the share of the money, for activities outside of the US?" If they make their products offshore and make profits offshore and keep them there they are not taxed here.....if they bring those profits here they are......which is why they are lobbying for a tax holiday....... If they don't want to pay taxes here, let them get the hell out of the country....
