[Chat] <<<I have a better idea how you can follow ADSL...BUY WSTL...I can't bear to not have you on the WSTL Board!!!!!>>> I accepted the merger with Westell because I believed they needed each other to survive and while I have nothing against the company personally, I wish they'd changed their focus sooner, say, after the JPC went with Alcatel or after Amati got BCTEL. They didn't and now the piper's asking to be paid. I honestly don't think anyone realized how much they owed the piper --- not even Westell --- until the BC announcement. Even then -- and even with the modest GTE contract --- the toll wouldn't have been as devastating had the Asian market not crashed. When it fell and took both stocks with it, another offer was all but assured. I believe Westell is run by good people and I wish them well. I wish you well, too! Pat
