That's because Yahoo is using 71.6m shares outstanding. That gives you the 2.2B market cap

"If you click on quotes and type in USF. In the yahoo quote service it give you some info. Click on the chart for USF. It says 2.224 Billion. So is this dtermined? So confused. Maybe the yahoo is not updated regularly or maybe in the morning. hmmm"

What's to be confused about. Number of shares x current market price =the capitalization. Of course with each price tick market cap changes. 2.2 or 2.6 billion what's the big deal? 5 years from now it will be many times this number.
