The scarey thing about that woman is she doesn't seem to be on anything. That is drug free stupidity. I guess to be fair, a lot of folks would stutter and stammer when a camera is in their face. Perhaps she is a lot more intelligent than that few minutes depicted - I will give her the benfit of the doubt.
