DLR. I am holding. They have a nice overview presentation here:

I loaded up a quite a few reits when they were recently hammered. They seem to be recovering now.

Digital Realty Trust, Inc. Comm (DLR) -NYSE

Digital Realty picks up Lewisville office complex for $123M

bizjournals.com

From the article:"...(NYSE: DLR) has bought an 819,000-square-foot operating data center and office complex in Lewisville for $123 million. The 168-acre campus, known as Convergence Business Park, includes 10 buildings and 39 acres of undeveloped land. The property is 99 percent leased to eight tenants. The acquisition will give Digital Realty immediate stable cash flow for its portfolio, as well as providing future development and redevelopment opportunities...".

--------------------------------------------------------------

DLR breaking out to all time highs as they continue to build their data processing center assets. With this new acquisition, they have 39 acres of undeveloped land to expand facilities (value adding opportunity). Their 819,000-square-foot operating data center is also 99% leased.

Stock still yields 4% but w/o another dividend boost I may be peeling off a few shares as the higher price may drop the yield below my 4% threshold requirement.
