Mike, Did they have this agreement of a loan in writing? How could Scott just sell those shares? Could the rest be sold as well? Why didn't he have to tell people(in sec filings) he was selling those shares? This whole thing smells fishy,imho. 150,000 dollar loan, then he just sells!?!? Boy, I hope for their sake that kind of agreement was put into writing, if not it could certainly be viewed differently?
