(NYSE: APL - News) (“APL”, “Atlas Pipeline”, or the “Partnership”) announced today that the Partnership has declared a quarterly cash distribution for the third quarter of 2011 of $0.54 per common limited partner unit, payable Monday, November 14, 2011 to holders of record as of Monday, November 7, 2011.
