Who lost the world? Obama has paved the way for an explosive era

Obama's policies regarding the so called "Arab Spring" have been a complete disaster. Looks like we will be staring at radical Islamic regimes in Tunisia, Libya, Egypt...........with Syria and Saudi Arabia next in line for revolution. The loss of over a hundred thousand heat seeking "Stinger Like" missiles to the radicals will prove to be a disaster of epic proportions. They are already turning up in the Sinai bound for Gaza. You can be sure hundreds will be smuggled into the US. I suspect many plots and missiles will be uncovered/intercepted but many will also get through. I can see a near world wide disruption to all commercial air traffic with little that can be done to stop it. I'm assuming these missiles have effective ranges of several miles and thus all aircraft landing and taking off at airports would be vulnerable for a several mile radius. Given most are now in the hands of terrorists, there will be no easy return address for retaliation. Regarding Iran.....believe it or not.....I think the best case scenario at this time is for a successful Israeli strike against their nuclear capabilities. Time frame? I don't know but I doubt Israel can wait for a change in US leadership which likely would openly support such a strike. I'd like to hear other opinions on this subject.
