Yer welcome. First Bakken Oil Rail Shipment to East Coast I was told by my contact at the Surface Transportation Board that the first CP unit train with Bakken oil had reached Albany. There it will be loaded on barges and shipped to a Philadelphia area refinery. An all rail movement would have involved splitting revenue with CSX (maybe N-S) and they would have wanted the transfer in Chicago (or charged as much as they would have gotten from Chicago).
