Just to clarify, there will be approx. 30M shares in Spinco, so an offer of $4m for Tartan Lake will be 13 cents per share. If you add in the $800k in cash, this puts a total value of 16 cents on Spinco, (or 4 cents "bonus" per SEM share, trading today at the CRJ value alone.) ___________________________________________________________________ Regards, DrBill
