I would agree with you, however, I believe our market has over-reacted to POTENTIAL future slowdowns in Asia.

Look, it's not going to affect everyone the same way. Some techs. will not suffer at all. Do you think CPQ will suffer? A pleasant suprise in Euro. market strength alone will probably offset any Asian slowdown...........

I don't know which is worse, the worry about Asia or going back to inflation/interest rate hikes !!!

dan, I posted cpq's exact sales in each of the countries in fareast...
cpq said they have nothing to worry about and the study revealed that too...
do you want the IDC report just issued,
plus the europe report is a complete turnaround.
Pfeif wouldn't have said asia isn't going to effect them three times if it was.
Plus mason said again he's comfortable and you don't know what that means..
it means that the number is already made with cents to spare.

Really, the cost of raw mat'ls dropping from that area is going to casue cpq to make allot of unplanned profit.
