Should be interesting as NYC has hollowed out the middle class, 2M on welfare and the WS elites from this latest Gilded Age protect their turf. Would love to see the financial sector back to it's percentage of GDP where it was 30 years ago and more creative industries move to the forefront again. I would think Boston would make much more sense and Bloomberg wants to get out in front of all these trends...
