I have to give credit to Dale here. It was formerly his thread, and he instituted the policy. But I am 100% behind his wise policy. I also like his idea that it forces people to articulate their kudos- because it's nice to see agreement articulated- especially for a person like me, who forgets to look at things like recs (and post numbers- I almost NEVER notice post numbers.)
