<The trick is to do this 10 million times per chip and hook all those transistors together to perfrom something useful.> Ain't it the truth! And do it on ~80% of the die per wafer and make 100 million of then, deliver them on schedule and do it at an affordable price, delivered from multiple sources, provide an upgrade path, a roadmap and a vision of the future your customers can design around and have faith you can deliver. Or simply deliver a bunch of promises with nothing to back them up, like AMD and Cyrix. EP
