I watched the video with the interview of the Gibson Guitar CEO. If I understand correctly the Lacey or Lacy reg was put into effect about 2 years ago before Gibson had wood blanks for guitars taken by the Federal agents.

I would think that every music company in the USA would be concerned about this and protest the act that caused the agents to come.

In this raid we are talking about guitars, a musical instrument,

What will happen if our museums and beautiful old buildings and homes that have been preserved are suddenly declared illegal because of the woods in them?

Gibson Guitar Company is a part of American History-----their guitars have and still do produce many hours of enjoyment by musicians and for listeners.

The State of Tennessee needs to support Gibson and keep the business going in Tennessee and tell
Obama hands off. Guitars are a part of our history.

In reference to the following:
Obama's Justice Department bullies Gibson Guitar, shutting down its Memphis plant without charges, bringing in Federal armed agents and sending employees home while confiscating wood. This also happened two years ago without charges, reports the CEO in this video. Update reports the raid was an act of madness by the Obama adminstration. Listen to another interview with the CEO.
