Nobody who is very successful ever made it without any kind of help.

Did his employees have roads to travel on? If one of his pizza joints caught on fire, did he have to put it out himself? Were his pizza stores reasonably secure, or did they have marauding bands of thieves showing up every other night to pillage them?

Did he not go to public schools?
