obviously, Janet Napolitano Is Incompetent or Lying .......................................................................................... she has always been incompetent..........now she is lying as well. ........a totally lawless administration filled with incompetent liars.................does anyone believe this criminality would be tolerated 20 years ago regardless of which side of the aisle it originated on? We, as a country, continue to make new ethical lows on an almost daily basis.
