My brokerage (Discover) uses a similar schedule.

Patrick, as an alternative you might want to try Ameritrade.I have been with them about a year and have made about 7-800 trades without any real problems. I have bought and sold pennies @ 100k per trade(including CVIA) and paid $13 per trade for internet placed limit orders. You can talk to a live broker for an extra $10 if you wish.1-800 669-3900
