Regarding your numbers, they had the office manger call me back today. Couldn't tell me any 144 shares. Only 800K "insider" shares. Is it possible that there are 0 144 shares now and that even the 800K "insider" shares may be entering the float soon?

Forgive me. THAT could be fraud.

When they can't give you a straight answer, head for the hills. And there is nothing that says they can't "legally" give you that number.

In fact, legally, they have to.
