NO he did not say that. But he has been insinuating that by saying that Americans need to get a sense of humor and then his recent ad where his campaign manager closes the ad where he is shown smoking a cigarette and Herman Cain seeing through the corner of his eyes and smiling. Those don't send a pretty image about the candidate. so not only are the talking heads on TV trying to project that image about him, he is also helping in shaping that image through his ads. And we all know that 9-9-9 is a joke since it does in essence raise the taxes to about 20% when you add the 9% Federal sales tax to those existing in the states. So I tell Cain, come one get out of here and take your jokes elsewhere.
