"Why not," you ask? Because millions of Blacks would perceive such action as an attack on all Blacks. Consequently, they would lose control and go on homicidal rampages across America. That's the fear of Congress and the SCOTUS, which is why they refuse to act [1]. It certainly stands to reason when one considers how many Blacks engage in violent felonies against Whites, simply because they are emboldened by a Black president in power who has signaled the Justice Department to look the other way during Black-on-White hate crimes. Just imagine how Blacks would respond if they perceived a collection of White guys in suits attacking their African brother, Barack.
