One could show with statistical certainty that the dmeocratic party is the party of reason and logic and the Republican party is the party of myth and script. I see people talk about compromise. How does that work when one is trying to compromise myth and science? What is a compromise one can make between evolution and Christian myth that can be taught in school? Or racism and gay bashing (social script and reason) and reason. The folks on the right end up having to say evolution is not real. Evolution is easily provable it is real. Or being gay is a choice. Silly and even those that propose it deny they say that it or stumble denying it. And because the right does not deal in reason or practise it, they cannot take the next logical step that if being gay is not a choice it is certainly wrong to deny them the right to marriage! That should be their civil right. And the above are both easy facts and logic. This year the Republcians went through about 20 people trying to find someone who could juggle all that nonsense. It is an impossiblilty. I don't think the Republican party is ever gong back to being resonable because they have to have a resonable philosphy to do that and they don't. It will either go extinct or rule us!
