IDT WinChip C6T Processor Meets PC Industry Need for
High-Performance at an Affordable Price

SANTA CLARA, California, October 13, 1997- Integrated Device
Technology, Inc. (IDT) (NASDAQ: IDTI), today announced the
availability of the IDT WinChip C6 microprocessor, with a
micro-architecture optimized for Microsoft Windows business
applications. The IDT WinChip C6 processor is compatible with other
Pentium -class x86 processors with MMX technology and is available
at speeds of 180 MHz and 200 MHz. IDT expects to start sampling the
IDT WinChip C6 processor at 225 MHz and 240 MHz in November
1997.
