Odd everyone was out to make the quick buck any shady way possible gaming the system when so called 'free market conservative principles' were at there peak.

I agree. Fraud was committed at many levels, and there has been precious little justice for its victims so far.

I think there's an excellent chance that civil suits will start to exact a toll. This week's lawsuit is just the opening salvo.
