'Hard to find a more cosmopolitan place than Toronto'

Is it the most diverse city in the world? To me from all my travels in the states I would probably say Chicago in the USA comes closest. NYC would also have to be up there for global diversity of course as would DC. A place like Miami many call diverse but maybe from a central and south American perspective only it is. I would hardly call that place diverse at all.. Boston to me has a more well rounded mix than even say Seattle.
