I can easily give you two reasons why it's important: * That was the last time Bob Brinker, or his followers, had any cash to buy stocks with. * Subscribers who returned to full invested in March 2003 and followed his advice to remain FULLY INVESTED since then, have made a complete round trip on the S&P -- from 800 to 1565 (in October 2007) back down to 800 -- and then down to 677 in March 2009. March 2009 low was 130 points LOWER than Brinker's entry point in March 2003. .
