But Mr. GJ, to grant your observation; wouldn't LABOR COSTS for each of the capital categories you mention (hardware, electronic, weapon systems, fighter jets, aircraft carriers, and so on.) in addition to direct labor costs be adversely impacted by the "MILITARY SPENDING CUTS" being proposed?



I'll just add there are a segment of economists that believe a dollar spent in the civilian economy produces more jobs than an equivalent dollar spent in the military sector. So, from a purely job creating perspective military spending cuts may be more beneficial to the overall economy.
