Hi Clownbuck - That's a very good point regarding pensions. I generally do not even check this as many of the companies have changed over to self directed 401K plans but some of the larger companies still have very large legacy pension liabilities. Is there an easy way to check this when scanning possible value buys? Do I have to go to the 10-K every time or is there a "secret" place and/or Web site I can check to see if a potential Buy candidate has pension liability issues? EKS
