One side is much more guilty than the other. You don't seem to be able to see that.

I think a way you might see it is to look at the Republican Nominee's like Perry, Bachman, Palin and Cain. None of those folks are either intellectually or psychologically qualified to be president. None of them could have contributed to the writing of our constitution e.g.

And that goes for most of the Republican party. But that is not true of the democratic party. There are any number of people in the democratic party who would be right at home either as president or writing the consititution e.g. al Franken, Al Gore, Nancy Pelosi, Bernie Sanders, and many more.

It is a matter of degrees. Shades of intellectual perception. None of the Republican nominee's could be viable nominee's in the Democratic party. They simply could not compete.

And Ironically the one intellectual the Republican's do have is almost totally shunned. Huntsman.
