"Unions are as pure as the driven snow"

Speaking of snow, if you are around the OWS folks in New York during the snow storm this weekend avoid the YELLOW snow.

MoveOn.org and the NY Times…A Love Connection?
...................................................
September 13, 2007
verumserum.com

The New York Post has broken the story that the New York Times gave MoveOn.org a HUGE discount on the ad it placed in which it accused General Patraeus of “cooking the books for the White House” and betraying the American people. And when I say a “huge” discount I mean MASSIVE…like knocking the price down from $181,692 to $65,000. That is a discount of almost 65% off the standard rate!

It is no secret that the NY Times is a front for the far left, passing off as news that which is neither fair or balanced, but COME ON! In the name of full disclosure and truth in advertising, shouldn’t the Times have revealed that it gave MoveOn such a suspicious discount on what would otherwise have been a highly sought after and lucrative ad spot?

If I had the cash and wanted to run an ad supporting the General in what he is doing, would I get that same discount? I doubt that they would even take the ad, even if I walked it in and wanted to pay in cash.

I wonder what the people at MoveOn had to do to GET such a rate…

Never mind, I don’t think I want to know.
