The world was not aware then on how the US meted out a two tier system of social justice for their residents. The world viewed US as their savior because of the food and financial aid. Today, we have US troops marching across sovereign borders on false pretexts. US troops and marching in streets of foreign lands where civilians go by their chores. These troops are prohibited by law to do the same in US cities. So why are they allowed to do what they cannot do here to do in other sovereign countries. And now the US police state is cracking down on the peaceful "Occupy Wall Street" protesters. They even smash the skulls of those who fought to protect the very freedom of the policemen that are displaying violence. Let us live for today. It is time for our bankers, Wall Streeters, Health care system providers to heed the people. If the US has supported people in foreign lands to fight the tyranny (Tunisia, Egypt, Libya etc.), that same should apply here particularly so when the people here are totally peaceful and exercising their constitutional rights. a peaceful freedom salute to Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. King and Mr. Nelson Mandela.
