II think it's an argument more for the CO2 world than the energy one. May have something to do with Kyoto, too. It may not matter to Chinu, but it does to Europe. China likes to complain we export our CO2 to them, cuz they do our manufacturing. I shrug at that, too, cuz I don't really know what to make of it all, and shrugging builds up shoulder muscles.
