(stock restrictions) Pat, I read a post that the SEC is restricting TXN until the Spring because of their extensive use of "stock only" deals. I haven't been able to find supporting evidence yet (haven't searched too hard since it was academic until today) but I did hear the CEO being interviewed on CNBC several weeks ago alluding to this restriction. Would like to thank you again for all I learned from you in the almost four months (I don't believe its only four months!) I've been following this thread. You remain an excellent teacher (patience, sense of humor, honest, reliable, etc, etc, etc) and rate an A+++ in my book. Regards, getting sleepy Bernie
