I don't see any way to dictate texts on my iPhone 4. The people at the Apple store said there was no way to complete voice texts either. If Nuance is Dragon, it's a piece of crap. I'll have to give it another shot with ios 5.0. I see Apple lagging the other cell phone technologies big time in terms of voice texting. Siri may be light years ahead for 4S, but Apple is doing a lousy job to support voice texting on existing models.
