I don't think the extremes of either side believe (for the most part) that they are "lying". They actually believe their rather extreme positions are true- and it's prevalent on both sides. I just happen to be able to stomach the extremism of the left better than the right- but I don't like the positions of the fringe on either side. However, you would think conservatives would be able to figure out they should give this thread a miss- unless they actually enjoy being banned, which is even weirder than enjoying fighting with liberals. Makes me think they are looking for a spanking- and I don't fancy being a dominatrix for them- though I've no doubt they can find people on SI to perform that service for them.
