Yep.. over-harvesting when they could be developing aqua farming, or at least nurseries/hatcheries where commercial fish get a head start before being released.

I would be willing to pay more for my Sushi, if such practices were incorporated to provide sustainability.

"Tragedy of the Commons" is an economic reality in today's oceans..
