Are you saying Yahoo is worth $5 a share? You're outdoing yourself!

If one is willing to buy Yahoo at $50, and hold for 21 years through good and bad trading, there isn't a better investment I can imagine.

The Sedona lot has had some wild swings in value over the years, depreciating as much as 30-50% on a couple occasions. It's still there, and worth more than ever.

We gave 100 shares ($2,700) of Yahoo to our grand nephew last year when he was born, two days after the IPO, and it promptly dropped 50% in value. He didn't notice. Today it's worth $7,600. It will pay his way through Stanford.
