Mach 2,if the SEC would give out big time jail time to those that fraud,they wouldn't need so many inforcers. They need to send a message loud and clear, a slap on the wrist may make it worth a few million dollars of ill gotten gains. I'll take a couple million dollars for a fine and probation any day.
