It doesn't seem to unreasonable to me--except maybe for the tubal ligations. Welfare and food stamps is why we have high school drop outs having babies and forming single parent families.

What good can possibly come of that?

The only reason Obama made it as far as he did is that he had strong Grandparents there to pick up the pieces of his mother's failed marriages--although I'm not putting down the mother's contributions to his strong sense of self.
