Yes, EEP/Q great call by Clownbuck. I didn't act on it right then&there when he/you bought. It subsequently rose a little, I waited for it to drop back to Spec's price, and it never did that I saw. I was too stubborn to step up anywhere along the stock's rise.

This one being an instance where EEQ, paying in stock (PIK), gave a better overall return than EEP if you just took the cash from EEP and didn't reinvest back into EEP.

DCP Midstream Partners, LP ( DPM ) announced pricing of its stock offering ($47.42/sh) on Friday, and the stock promptly dropped below that price. I'll view it as an opportunity to get back into DPM, and I stepped up and added to my position (in a taxable account).
