Pugs, Read the financials. There were 914,401 shares as late as March 26,1997, after the reverse split. 2,000,000 were registered on April 8,1997. And 1,656,680 were immediately issued for compensation. That brings us up to the total in their filings to 2,571,081 on 5-15-97. The remaining 343,320 had to have been issued plus an additional 300,000, as Riley posted on October 23, 1997. Now sharpen your pencil, because this is where it gets good. If the 2,000,000 were restricted shares and locked up, the total float could only be 3,371,081-2,000,000=1,371,081. The company's number is higher than that. Lots higher. What that means is that at least some of the 2,000,000 have been sold. If some have been sold, why not the rest? And if the company somehow is claiming Scott's shares as insider restricted shares, his 500, and Morgan and Breton's 300 would give you that 800 number. It's over Pugs.........The company says there must be about 2.6 million in the float. My guess is it is higher.
