You have the right to ban anybody that you wish to, but the thread revisions and new rules started at these times, listed below:

The people that you banned did NOT post AFTER the rules changes and thread changes.

That doesn't sound too FAIR AND BALANCED to me, not that it matters to anyone that would do such a thing.
