Hi Dennis. All is well in Baltimore. I trust you have been stocking up on the firewood in preparation for winter in Chicago.

The Towson Town mall location is a good one. Towson is a bedroom community of Baltimore. It is about 20 minutes north of downtown at the junction of the Baltimore beltway and Interstate 83. The mall is very upscale and always very crowded. I do not see the mall as a tourist site, yet I imagine folks from southern PA (York and Harrisburg) do venture to Towson to shop. Tourists usually head downtown to Baltimore's Inner Harbor and to Camden Yards, but not to Towson.

Towson State University (enrollment of around 15,000), Goucher College and Villa Julie College should do a nice job providing labor.

Why I like the location so much is because of the demographics of the Towson area. Lots of young couples with plenty of young children. There are countless preschools, daycares and private / public schools around Towson. Many are upscale and IMO will embrace RFC.

As far as competition, the restaurants at Towson Town that come to mind are the food court, TGI Fridays and Silver Diner (an under-performing 50's style diner). These should prove no match for RFC.

The RAIN story has been unfolding nicely. Towson should assist in continuing the trend.

I look forward to one day enjoying a drink with you on an animal stool (sic) at Towson Town.

Have a great Thanksgiving to you, your family and all other RAIN shareholders.

TTFN,
Alan
