Here is the concept. A person cannot see what they cannot understand. so aksing a person to act educated one is not educated is like howling at the moon. Can't happen. Who wrote our constitution? It wass not farmer Jones. But fortunately, people can learn big time. The power of the average persons mind is remarkable. We just have to give people a chance to discover it. We need to build schools and more schools and hire tons of teachers. That is the answer to all our social prpblems.
