Since her name isn't out there she hasn't been dragged anywhere ... she wants to be free to make some serious money from this.

I think she's getting bad legal advice. Why is her attorney going on CNN and talking about this? And since when has a confidentiality agreement ever stopped somebody from responding if they felt they were being publicly attacked?
