Anyone has the right to know and face their accuser. Ultimately, this kind of crap reinforces the self-serving greed and political motivations of legal professionals and political operatives.

Smear campaigns abusing the legal system would be curtailed if the system had significant penalties in place for accusations that fail to convince a jury. Clients as well as their attorneys should be financially burdened with all defendant legal expenses and reputational damage incurred.

As it stands, slander-implied suits are a dishonest income for lawyers -- win or lose it's cash in their pocket.

Have you forgotten the Duke lacrosse players and that worthless crack whore alleging "rape"? Oh yes Al Sharpton, Jackson and a crooked legal system quickly joined hands to play their race card but had zero interest in getting at the truth or reality. A travesty!
