Couldn't stop thinking about the screenplay, hows this for the shocker scene- A disgruntled, acquired/merged entity, feels they got screwed when "the Company" does the reverse splits(after issuing 144s as payment). The thought of revenge/fairness boils in their mind, what do they do? They take the company records and hide them in a tramp steamer, then turn that steamer over to "The Company",as the acquisition dictates. By doing this "The Company" is in fact, still in possession of the records the entire time. Then the ship gets lost, but somehow resurfaces and is retro-fitted(how much did it cost to retro a 272" ship?-cost me $10k to retro the tracks on my excavator))and the records are found..possibilities are limitless<LOL>
Sorry I'm not very good at this,
